When Sharks smell blood, a feeding frenzy is normally the result. This is exactly what the Manila Sharks did when the Mariners pitching began to bleed.
Sharks big bats, Tator and Bumagat both scored a total of 3 runs and had totaled 5 RBI. Both had 3 hits each to lead all Sharks.
They greeted their former pitcher, Romeo Jasmin, with 3 runs in the first. They picked themselves up after a disapointing play-offs last series.
A first round loss to the Uni-Bikers must have been hard for the Sharks as the team looked to erase that memory from the get go. This only meant the Mariners were sure to be in trouble as they stood between a hungry wild animal and its food.
